drama queen

Two days ago i start regaining my freedom and the holiday mood todo things that i can't do on usual school days. Movies, outings and at night i would watch drama till 3/4am and then sleep til 1pm the next day. I don't really enjoy it, the laziness makes me feel very bad, but sometimes it's out of my control. I'm a REAL drama addict. I can't help myself or stop myself from watching it once i started, i always can't wait to finish them fast. Drama on TV channels are ok, because you only get to see one episode per day, so no matter how fast you wanna finish it, you still gotta be patient about it. It's a total different story when it comes to downloads. I don't watch every Tom, Dick and Harry, i will do some research and survey first. I heard friends around me saying this " Startling by Each Step" is a really good drama, so i got the drama from roomie and start watching it. Within few days, i finished it. My record was watching 13 hours non-stop. You can imagine how terribly am i addicted to it. *i know it's extremely bad, i know*
I don't know why but i guess i was too into the drama and the subconscious mind was partially confused that i'm the character in the drama. It feels so real and sometimes feel very sorry and regretful with the sad ending. It makes me feel down for quite long, i can't pull myself out of the drama. Then i'll be losing direction for few days, that's why i hate it. It makes me feel stupid for feeling upset with fake stories.

Conclusion?
: Drama makes you stupid.

Solution?
: Stop watching drama and watch movies instead.*sigh* Don't recommend me any more dramas. I'll really get out of control. T.T

Resolution?
: Sleep at 11pm and wake up at 7am. Do things fast and continue with my reading. Lock the computer in the wardrobe and start making things work. Get back to the normal life, with normal sleep time and diet. No more junk food.

public transport? yes or no?

Finally today we had the last practice for FESENI Chinese Traditional Dance. So, it's a very good day to start off with my holiday. Planned to go for a movie with Joan. She has to go to KL Sentral to get her train ticket back to Penang, so she waited me in Mid Valley. *again? -___-. nearest place ma*

Went out after dressing up nicely. It always takes me more then 40 minutes to reach Mid Valley from my uni, which the journey actually only takes 20mins or maybe less. Nahh, at first you gotta take T632 bus (RapidKL) from ze uni to University LRT Station, then T631 bus to Mid Valley.
Let's simulate a situation: You take a bus from your residential college to the UM main bus stop to take T632 bus. There's also campus bus every 15 minutes on weekdays, every hour on weekends and holidays. For holidays, if you reach 30 secs later when the bus reach  your place, here you goes bye bye. So usually, i'll walk for 10 mins from my rc to the nearest bus stop to take T632. And then sometimes, you gotta wait for 15 mins also. And then 10 mins journey to University LRT Station. When you reach there, you STILL gotta wait for the bus T631. Sometimes, the drivers are here, shaking legs, smoking, chit-chatting, but they won't get in the bus on time just they wanna see a pasar of people waiting and lining up, looking very irritated, THEN only they will get in the bus. *guess they'll feel more satisfied* To assemble so many people, you have to at least wait for 3 rounds of LRT route. Each round takes at least 3 minutes. So add up, at least 10 mins to squeeze in bus T631. Simple maths ? 10 mins walking + 15mins bus+ 10 mins journey + 10 mins drivers get their mood to drive = 45 mins already. Another 10 mins journey to Mid Valley.

Wheee, reached ! after so long *facepalm*

Redeem the free movie ticket from Samsung Mob!lers for the horror movie "Mama" and smuggled in my Carls Junior Big Burger with Cheese combo set because i was rushing for movie already. Must give it a big thumb for the mouth-watering burger. It's a bit expensive compared to Mc Donald's of course, but the quality worth it ! charbroiled beef patty ( muh fav, i don't really like chicken act) with pickled cucumber and fresh made pure potato fries, and bottomless carbonated drink. I was shocked to see the big portion of the food. It was really big, and can last for 2 meals, serious.

 with Joan :)
the medium cup equals to large cup of McD i guess.

this movie, 4.5 out of 5 stars :D

After that we had the favourite session, shooooooppppinnnngggg.

Spent a great day with Joan, the last tme we hangout together was the first Sunday after the orientation week ended, and this time was one week after first sem ended. D: Next sem must hangout together more often :)

Still wanna comment a bit with the public transport in Malaysia. LRT ? Yes fast. Monorail? Snail speed. KTM, always delay. Bus? Jam together with other vehicles on the highway? Taxi? Too expensive ! What else? What i really dislike about public transport is you'll have to wait for very long and the time just got wasted like that. Punctuality is not in their dictionary. Waiting under a windy shield? Nope, under extremely hot 30 degree celcius covered bus stop with no guarantee you will not get wet if it rains. If you make up nicely and you take public transport, you'll usually end up in this.

All messed up, sweating somemore. No point using your perfume -___- The better ones are rail transport such as LRT, Monorail and train.. As i mentioned, only LRT is advisable. But, if you wanna go somewhere in KL town, such as Times quare and Bukit Bintang, You need to take Monorail transit at KL Sentral, this is VERY inconvenient and frustrating ! In my opinion, if Malaysia ever able to improve the public transportation just like Singapore, i will not buy a car. I don't have to bear the shrinkage values as well, why not then? I can avoid traffic jam, how cool is that? The fact is, in Malaysia, it's gonna jam forever. It will only get worsen, not any better.

So, you wanna hangout with nice dress, nice hair and nice makeup?
Hire a personal driver *wink*
You know what i mean. :3

24 January 2013

sem break ? nahhhhhhhhh, not really.

Didn't update my bloggie for days already, and just at the moment my habit turns into laziness and my passion turns into procrastination, i got encouragement from Kim and Edmund to continue writing. Okay, the flame won't die out, don't worry. You guys came on the absolute right time. Thanks a lot :D
I know i won't give up so easily, but it's hard to catch up with ze very fast pace of life. Know what i mean? When you've missed out a lot, you feel you lost a piece of the puzzle. But when you try to get it back, you find it nowhere. And then you start giving up on it, because it'll not be complete anymore.
But but but, i still ♥ writing very muchiiieeee, so i shall continue.

What did i do these few days? movies? shopping? or dramas?
Nahhhhhh.
I only went for karaoke after having the last paper on last friday.
Other than that? Yeah, i was so damn busy for the MKTH camp.

On 19th Jan, a few of us went to PJ Oldtown to get some materials for the dedication items. ( The publicity have to make dedication items, fyi I'm the Head of Publicity) so there's no way to run from this responsibility. Haha, nvm, i enjoy doing it. I love hand crafts ! At night, the participants registered and have a slight briefing session only.
Next day? I woke up very early as i was assigned to lead the participants in the exercise session. Initially, i've planned chicken dance and created one aerobic dance for them. But ended up, nobody came. Only 1 first year and 1 second year senior came D: So we EXCO ss ourselves. -__- Therefore, this session is cancelled for the following days ! happy thing still :D
We did "Chinese knot" for the wholllleeeee freakkkkinnnngggg dayyy. my fingers almost break la. It's not easy at all. See this.
如意結
After finalizing the dedication items  FINALLY, we went to gather the materials the day after.
On 20th, we made a legend. With Lin June aka roomie, Tee Lim, and Kathleen, we started walking from 11.30am to 8.30pm, from PJ Oldtown to Mid Valley to Pasar Seni and back to Mid Valley again. FML, we have been walking for like whole 10 freaking hours. I couldn't feel my legs at all. And yet, we rushed the dedication items the whole morning as it means we're doing the knots AGAIN until the next day. Yeah, i slept at 6.30am that day wtfbbq. Everybody knows i love to sleep. *bury my head under the quilt*

On the third day, i woke up at 10.30am. Yes slept only 4 hours. *yawn* And we were supposed to have one outing to Mid Valley, but seems like every bureau was busy with their stuffs, so do i. So the plan was cancelled and replaced with a fine dinner at PitStop.I have 15 members all together including myself in this bureau, but ended up ONLY 8 people attended the camp. Not so cooperative :/ We worked like hell, i hope the others see this, you guys should belanja makan okay. :p

Oh ya, so did i make it for the dinner? Tarak, i was having Chinese Traditional Dance practice for FESENI. We have to practice for 5 hours everyday imagine yourself jumping running for 5 hours :E , from 6pm to 11pm. The time is a bit not so good, because you can't eat before the practice and only get to eat after 11pm. So supper everyday. *fattening, tummy sticking out*

I got back very late and idk i always have things to do. idk why i don't get to sleep on time. Not sure i have things to do or i think i have things to do. You sleep late, you wake up late. No doubt, and i always need time to put myself back to position, regain "consciousness". No idea how can i stay blurish for hours, what to do? mentally exhausted mahhh. I'm lifeless man, camp and practice for sem break activities? You gotta be pulling my leg!

I'm just not so in holiday mood now, MKTH camp ended, still having FESENI camp till 2nd Feb. I start feeling emotional when i see hometown friends keep posting photos of delicacies of Kuantan. I remember i told myself " Home, i'm near" when i was having final exam as to motivate myself to work hard. But now, when will it be the day? I start feeling empty. Plus, roomie keep on going out paktoh, and i was left here. *weeping* Perhaps i should add on with my New Year's Resolution list? the phone has been silent for too long. :/

nahhh, just saying. still enjoying single very much at this time. :p

kbyethx.

finally today i have the chance to dress up nicely, Happy birthday kor kor ! :D

18 January 2013

end of sem1 session 2012/2013

Finally, it's the last paper.
Finally, it's my turn to say, " i'm free, from exam".
Finally, it's the day to start my wonderful sem break.
Finally, i can have enough sleep.
Finally, i don't have to stay up late to study.
Finally, i don't have to wake up early in the morning.
Finally, i can regain my freedom.

At least, for this very one month sem break.

I've got not much comments on the papers i've done, just hoping it would not be that bad, i hope i can gt my first dean list laaaaaa. I know it 's hard. :(
Anyway, just realized it's the end of my first semester already. Can't believe it, time really flies. Just 4 freaking busy months, and my first semester of tertiary education just. ended. like. that. Flashing back, i still i remember i feel so happy and jealous to see my seniors graduated in last September, and i just can't wait for that day. I feel like i wanna graduate once i finish my first year * idk why i have this kind of thinking -.- * i guess i was too stressed and wanted to end everything fast. HAHAHHAHA, how silly. Then people will tell me, relax girl, soon will be yours. And see? first sem just ended like this. At this moment, i feel the time is going way too fast.

I wanna hold it tight, but it just slipped out of my arms.
I wanna grab it, but i can't see it.
I wanna watch it fly, but it's out of my sight.
I wanna colour it, and i did.

BWAHAHAHAHHA, what crap was i talking? HAHHAHAH, sorry i'm outta control, kinda overexcited for finishing my first sem and feeling a bit emotional for finishing it so fast. ( Excuses ! ) #failromance #time #poem #macamsentimental

Just a few pictures of me and my coursemates to see how have we been through the first sem, not gonna review the whole year 2012 again, no worries. :D

first pic with my very first known coursemate through facebook, Shin Hui.
what face is that ? -_-
super yeng pic. TEEHEE. all of us worn formal for course photography session :D

the 4 of us ! Kar Yee on the left, Shin Hui and Kai Jun on my right

The best class ever, Presentation Skills at the Workplace. With super awesome lecturer, Pn. Ainun Rozana and the classmates. Must talk about this class a bit, coz it's way beyond awesome. I have to admit i'm that kind who can't really speak fluent English, and tend to be dumb when fluent english speakers or so-called 'bananas' are around me. I'm always lack of confidence when it comes to english speaking, i know i gotta improve on it and so i took this class. But lucky enough, i got to join this class. And i could say, i learn the most in this class, I can now fairly speak fluently although i still have a lot of grammatical errors, but i consider it as a huge improvement of myself. ♥  *applause please* for the fantastic lecturer and classmates.

secretly sneaked into the 'prohibited' air-conditioned lecture hall.

 They're all Singaporeans !

 the girls gang :D

crazy thing i did to my lecturer, Encil Kamal Sohaimi. It was a pop quiz, on my birthday. #madepic

 hangout !

favourite yoghurt moments ! ♥ with Kai Jun a.k.a. Kacaukali Queen

Christmas decos at Paradigm Mall. Went tgt with Shin Hui and Kai Jun for must-not-missed Uniqlo Opening Sales. :DD

all 'wet chicken moments'. Shin Hui and i always went to Mahsa College for lunch and it will rain when we head back to UM. always. *sigh*

my hair styling tutorial during APK classes. Victims are always Kar Yee and Kai Jun. :D
*they're all very happy ok*

At last, Lee Ling kena also. what to do? i chopped off my long hair already marhh. Btw, Lee Ling is my very responsible group leader for the APK ( Basic of Enterpreneurship Culture ) project. We put in a lot of effort for our group's idea. Creation and Inovation, very much of our effort. Very happy to work with ya !

 anthropologists !

Great time spent with coursemates, hope that next sem will be a better sem. and See you guys soon ! :)

LISTEN !!! let me speak !

Yesterday evening i was shocked to see my facebook homepage was flooded by all 'listen' post. At first i really don't get what's with all the listen and animals posts. It has gone viral all over facebook sharing the video of it. Then, i spend a few minutes watching it. And here i attached the
most hilarious absurd mindblown video of the year.

.
.
.
PRESENTING..
.
.
.
LISTEN JIE !!!

This video showed how a forum speaker insult an indian student. Sharifah Zohra Jabeen, president of little-known women's organisation called  Suara Wanita 1Malaysia or SW1M stopped the indian student, Ms. Bawani,. This forum was held at UUM, Sintok, entitled "Seiringkah mahasiswa dan politik?' (Are graduates and politics aligned?)

So this student stood and raised the questions of Bersih 3.0 and free education. She stopped her from finishing her question by throwing 10 times of "Listen" and 7 times of "Let me speak".
heck? Is this a forum she called? Forum should be an interactive platform for students to convey their opinions and questions with the speaker. If she's not allowed to speak, why not you just make this an-already-well-arranged forum? with questions you would like to hear and can tackle it easily? She might sounds a bit provoking, but she got her points there.

Next, you shook her hand and grabbed her mic away and you call it RESPECT? come on, even 3 years old kid can tell you it's not polite to interrupt and grab the chance people could speak? You said you showed her your respect but in fact you're just humiliating her by accusing her that she has very least of education for not asking in proper intonation. LOL? so what's so right with you then? an O-level holder?

And i don't get what's wrong with free education? I'm so sick of the students who clapped blindly for the speaker. Please just, you as a student yourself, don't you hope you can get free education too? I do, i really hope i could have free education. Think, for yourself, if not for others, how many economical burden you will have to bear after you graduate? car loan, home loan, insurance, pocket money for parents, and what? PTPTN somemore? Please.. i really don't wanna bear the burden T.T

Most stunning part,
"Do you think humans have problems? Animals have problems too,"
Dude, you serious?
694.png
I don't get the coherence of these 2 topics anyway. What's the relevance of free education and animals? What are you trying to say?

And she even asked Ms. Bawani to go to other countries since she's complaining so much. Shouldn't we speak the truth and fix the problem? So you're trying to say, if your boss complains that you're not doing a good job, you ask him/her to get out? WOW, what a brilliant mind. Btw, who do you think you are to ask us get out of Malaysia anyway? We're born here, and here together we shall make this country better.

Then, another panelist stood up to interject and she cut him off saying "You know what Peter, I think all these people are tired. Who wants a Galaxy Note?" the students then clapped and cheer.
OpoQQ.jpg
See? this is how she humiliates your intelligence and you all have just proven you're worth to be humiliated. *sigh*

Oh ya, and your english sucks. Ms. Bawani tried to speak to you in pure Bahasa Malaysia and what? you answer her in you rojak language? Damn, it's a shame on you. I couldn't stand you of ever trying to show your good command of english by putting your sentence in a very sarcastic intonation, please you failed. Anyway, i think she's just another lady who's so sick of attention, like how tow-truck lady did. People just simply wanna get famous fast, so we will help her then. You're notorious now, you happy?

Last thing, Ambiga Sreenevasan ain't pencetus anarki, she's pencetus demokrasi and pembangkit rakyat.

this is zilllllliiiioonnn times better.

 LISTEN !! beyonce said. :p

Sharifah Zohra Jabeen in Zookeeper

kbyethx.
catch me if you can, i always hang out in a gang of more than 3 :)

toothache

Recently i'm kinda frustrated with the toothache problem, guess i have a wisdom tooth growing. Sometimes, i really feel so pain that i could wake up from sleep and cry in the middle of night.

I don't feel the toothache all the day but maybe just once in awhile. Today, it hits me again. But, i discover something. When i start thinking i have toothache, i can feel the root of the tooth start to grow inside the gum, and then slowly till the whole left gum of mine. It's like cracking me from inside out, struggling to grow the root through the tiny little gap between my teeth, sometimes i even feel my teeth are gonna drop soon. I can exactly feel how the pain start drilling me from inside the gum till outside the gum. The whole left gum was painful as if you have just poke 253364172 needles on it.
But when i try to tell myself not to think about it, think of getting some sleep, i feel better. The pain ease a little. And then i keep trying to think of other stuffs than to think about " the toothache doesn't ache". Start thinking of positive words instead of negative words. Realize about the difference of " i'm slim" and "i'm not fat" ? I start planting positive words and think of something else, it does distracts me from the pain.

So food for thought?
Don't think of your pain when you're in sorrow, because you'll only emphasize it instead of making yourself feeling better. Never say no to yourself because it still send negative message to your subconscious mind and thus you'll still find no way out of the pain.

Remember? Chuchucism is the spirit ! ♥ cheers !

lol, LOL or HAHAHHAHAHA?

A biggggg Hi first before i start writing about today's topic. Blog's been abandoned for over a month's time as i'm having my final exam for this semester. *can't believe this semester gonna end soon, time flies* Today i've just done 5th paper and next/last paper will be on 18th jan, i have PPLLLEEENNNTTTTYYYYYYY of time, so update a bit first.
Chose the topic of the day: lol, LOL or HAHAHAHAHA?

why this topic? because i observed that for the last whole year people has been abusing "lol". Firstly it wasn't so widely use when i was in form 6. Then people start understanding the meaning of "lol" and start using it. Soon, it became a trend on facebook. But... since like last year, "lol" stands for another meaning instead of Laugh Out Loud, it stands for this

Agree? I know you do. Whenever you say something "cold", they kinda like speechless and tend to reply you with "lol" instead of =.=. Which has clearly shown they're either speechless or they don't feel funny with the jokes you just cracked, conclusion: you're bad joker. Or some, they use it to answer every single question you ask them, like this :
A :" Have you eaten?"
B:" lol."
This means the respondent B has got no interest in you at all and doesn't wanna start a chat with you, "lol" as another new way to cut chat thread. Wow, another function !

Next, what makes "lol" and "LOL" different? the CAPITAL LETTERS, apparently. Why different? Usually when you use uppercase, it means you're like saying it loud, just like "GET OUT OF MY ROOM !" It sounds serious and loud as if you're shouting them. I remember when i first own a handphone during form1 and i just type all the message in capital letters because i don't know how to switch the font, and my brother told me that it's rude to type all words in uppercase. So, the same goes to the word "lol", when you capitalize it, you mean it serious. You're like saying "this is funny", you actually agree to the joke to some extend and kinda enjoy it. You're paying attention to what that person is telling you and you understand it. So usually, you're like this:

What about HAHAHHAH then? As i mentioned, when you capitalize it, you mean it serious. so Usually you'll really laugh with laughter, and  you totally agree with that person and is sincerely laughing because it's funny. ROFL ? yea, much the same.

and usually for we Chinese, we tend to add on with "laugh die me" which is a direct translated word from Chinese. ._. This clearly states that you're interested in the chatting and you want more! This makes your day and your reaction could make your friend to feel the satisfaction and is proud for being good and attractive in chatting! You see, it's a simple thing that makes huge differences, it's also one new way to communicate and to show your sincerity.

As the conclusion, using of "lol" don't just show your reaction towards something your friend speak but also shows your sincerity in chatting, whether you're paying attention or not. So, for those who have always receive reply like "lol", i suggest you to improve your joking skills a bit or just back off, okay, cause people is not interested in chatting with you. Get a new target or stop telling lame jokes, people couldn't agree with you. It's a mutual reaction, you couldn't force people to laugh at your lame jokes right? So, read more 9gags and learn up the latest communication skill. You'll benefit.

so, HAHAHHAHA?
